SMS / WhatsApp opt-in
ASL Caribe Access LLC sends service notifications only (interpreting assignments, appointment reminders and on-demand interpreting call alerts) to users of its booking portal at booking.aslcaribeaccess.com who opt in. No marketing messages are sent.
How users opt in
Users opt in on the booking portal, either when requesting an account (booking.aslcaribeaccess.com/#registro) or later in Mi cuenta (My account), by entering their mobile number and checking an optional, unchecked-by-default box. Consent is not required to use the portal. The date and source of consent are recorded, and texts are sent only to users who checked the box.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
